With over 20 years in the commercial property management industry, I specialise in the management of client assets, service charge reviews and bespoke client reporting. My forward-thinking approach ensures proactive management, which improves tenant satisfaction and retention. I create tailored reports to present information in the way our clients want to see it, helping them make informed decisions. I love the fast pace of the industry and the satisfaction of improving both client assets and tenant experiences. Outside work, I enjoy yoga and baking, which helps me unwind and stay balanced in my busy life.

Enjoying 28 years experience in the Commercial Property industry. Specialising in portfolio and asset management. I deliver excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Clients from private investors, International funds, small property companies, and retailers, have benefited from my tailored advice and hands on approach to maximise their investments performance. I understand the diverse needs of various clients and work with them to achieve their vision. Outside of work, I’m passionate about Reiki, crystal healing, family walks, and when necessary, the odd DIY project. Keeps home life as varied as my job!

With 32 years in property management accounting, I specialise in complex client reporting and service charge management. My strength lies in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial reporting needs, and tailoring outputs to meet deadlines and expectations. A strong communicator, I ensure smooth interactions between tenants, clients, suppliers, and internal teams. I thrive in the fast-paced, ever-evolving property industry, where no two leases are the same. Although my expertise is finance, I pursued a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management to broaden my knowledge. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, camping, and spending time with my family and dogs.

Property and Corporate Coordinator
I’ve worked within the commercial property industry for 15 years and provide key support across both the consultancy and management sides of the business. In my role as Property and Corporate Coordinator, I help to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly—assisting with lease administration, compliance tasks, client accounting and communications. I also work on our Client Portal to ensure that it is as useful as possible for our clients. I enjoy working with our clients to find practical solutions to any challenges and to creating efficiencies in our business administration processes. When not working, I enjoy keeping fit, going on long walks with my ‘feisty’ Jack Russell dog and spending time with my family and friends.
